Refunds

Layro sells source code, which cannot be returned once it has been downloaded. That is a reason to be careful about what we promise, not a reason to hide behind it — so here is what actually happens.

Lifetime access

• Within 14 days of buying, ask and we will refund it. No form, no reason needed.
• A refund ends the licence for what it covered. Please delete the files; we have no way to check, and we would rather ask than pretend we can.

Try before you pay

Every component and template has a live preview you can use before buying, and the free components come with their full source. Please look first, because “I did not realise what it was” is much easier to avoid than to unwind.

There is nothing to cancel

Lifetime access is one payment. Nothing renews, so there is no subscription to cancel, and outside a refund everything you downloaded stays yours permanently.

How to ask

Write to layropro26@gmail.com with the address you paid with. Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, who are the merchant of record for every Layro sale — so the money comes back through the same route it went out, and you are never chasing an individual for it.

When we will say no

Repeated buy-download-refund cycles, or a refund request after the source has been redistributed. Both are rare, and saying so plainly seems better than a vague clause about abuse.
