These terms cover using layropro.com and anything you buy through it. Using the site means accepting them. They are short on purpose — the parts that actually affect you are the licence and the refund policy, and both have their own page.

What Layro is

A library of React components and application templates, sold as source code. Some components are free. Everything else is sold as one plan, lifetime access, for a single payment.

Your account

  • Sign-in is by emailed link, or with Google or GitHub; there is no password to lose.
  • What you buy is attached to the account you were signed in to when you paid.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done with your CLI token — treat it as you would a password.
  • One account is one person. Sharing one to give several developers access is the thing the licence asks you not to do.
  • Ask and we will delete your account and the data attached to it.

Payment

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for every sale. They take the payment, handle the tax and appear on your statement — Layro never sees or stores your card details. Their terms apply to the transaction alongside these.

Every purchase is a single payment; nothing renews. Prices may change for new buyers, never for something you have already bought.

What we promise, and what we do not

  • What you bought keeps being maintained. Lifetime access includes what is released after you buy it.
  • The site may be unavailable sometimes. It is hosted software, not a utility.
  • The code is provided as it is, without warranty of fitness for your particular case. It is source you can read — read it before you ship it.
  • Our liability is limited to what you have paid in the previous twelve months.

Ending it

There is nothing to cancel. We can close an account that redistributes the source or charges back a payment while keeping the files — in which case the licence for what was downloaded ends too. Short of that, nothing you have downloaded is ever taken away.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, customers get told by email before it takes effect. Changing them quietly and dating the page would be the same as not telling you.
