Requests to get into something, queued. Approving one grants a role you choose on the row; denying one asks why, because “denied” with no reason generates the same request again next week.

Denial asks for a reason, including “Other”
Canned reasons cover most of it and a text field covers the rest. The red Deny stays disabled until there is something to send.
