Agent Timeline
Thinking, tool calls, messages, approvals and errors each get their own mark on one rail, so the shape of a run reads before its words do. Follow a run live, or open a finished one as an execution inspector: a run header with time, tokens and cost, steps nested under the step that called them, each with its input and output to copy, secrets redacted, and Retry on a failed step.

New rows always push down. Treating any scroll as "the reader left" makes a busy run unstick itself, so only an upward move does it.

Paste this into Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or any coding agent. It installs the file and uses it as it is, instead of writing a new one.
