Progress Circle
The same props as Progress Bar in a ring that fits a card corner, a heading or a table cell. Put the value, a fraction or an icon in the middle; leave the value out and it spins. It starts at twelve o'clock, goes over the limit honestly, and stays grey until colour means something.
