Support Tickets Table

Tickets sorted by time left on their SLA, least first. Each row shows the subject with its number and requester, priority as an icon and a word, a countdown that turns to warning under an hour and says Late by when overdue, the assignee or Unassigned, and the status.

The decision inside it

The top row is the next one to answer

Sorting by time left rather than by date means the queue is already in working order, and solved tickets with no clock drop to the bottom.

When to use it

Use Support Tickets Table for a help desk queue sorted by time left on the SLA: subject, number and requester, priority, a live countdown, assignee and status, with Assign in the bulk bar.

Installation

How you get it

Paste this into Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or any coding agent. It installs the file and uses it as it is, instead of writing a new one.

Use Layro's Support Tickets Table for this.
Install it: npx shadcn@latest add @layro/support-tickets-table
(the @layro registry is set up in components.json, with LAYRO_KEY in .env.local)
Import it from @/components/ui/support-tickets-table.
Do not rewrite or restyle it. Pass my data through its props
and keep its built-in states.

For the full brief with every prop and the mistakes assistants usually make, use Copy prompt above. Pro components install through the @layro registry with your CLI token: see the Namespaced tab.

Usage

components/tickets.tsx
import { SupportTicketsTable, type Ticket } from "@/components/ui/support-tickets-table";

export function Tickets({ rows }: { rows: Ticket[] }) {
  return (
    <SupportTicketsTable
      rows={rows}
      onRowClick={(t) => console.info("open", t.number)}
      onAssign={(selected) => console.info("assign", selected.length)}
    />
  );
}
